Dick Bonne Homes has been recognized over the years with awards for design and energy efficiency. Our customers especially appreciate the consistently high resale values of their homes.

Dick Bonne was raised in rural Noblesville, Indiana, and Carolyn in Rush County. After studying Agriculture at Purdue, Dick began farming in Rush County. Dick started in the building industry first as a bricklayer, then began his own masonry business, and built his first home in 1965. Now living and working out of Hancock County, they continue to build primarily in east central Indiana. In their spare time, Dick and Carolyn enjoy golfing and fishing.

Their daughter, Charmi Bundy, joined the company in 1989. She began as a bookkeeper and is now also involved with estimating and designing.
